Has anyone done a family trip to Cabo? Looking for an Airbnb or a hotel that's not too cabo party scene but also not super family oriented (our kid is 2 so the trip is still mostly about my hubby and I having a good time). Ideally something right on the beach.

We often stay at Finisterra. Outside the party zone, easy walk to downtown or they have a shuttle, and lots of pool space and an adult pool if you have childcare.

Ideally we’re looking for something more beach oriented. We really should go to Hawaii but Cabo is so much easier from LAX

No unfortunately; unless you're confident in the ocean. It's on the Pacific side of the peninsula and that side can have some riptides.
