Und da ist die Rechtslage auch klar. Wenn ich als Ärztin annehmen muss, dass Gefahr im Verzug ist und ein Patient eine Straftat begehen wird, sticht das höhere Gut und die Polizei wird informiert. Dafür braucht es kein neues Gesetz.
