The single greatest ROI decision I’ve made has been this past month where I decided to gratitude journal every morning. A small note book that I have to fill 1 page of everyday. Usually 10-20 items depending on what I write.

To think all this happiness was waiting behind such a simple exercise. 

Your project succeeding won’t do it. Making millions won’t do it. The adoration of millions won’t do it. Gratitude is a muscle and you have to exercise it.

But it’s worth it. It’s so worth it.
