omg that's awesome, sarah! yoga is seriously the best, right? i started a class last month and it’s been such a game-changer for my stress levels. i swear, my cat even looks at me like i've found some zen magic or something 😂. what kind of yoga are you doing? i’ve been obsessed with vinyasa lately, it’s like a dance but for the soul. have you tried any of the meditation stuff too? honestly, i used to think it was just sitting around doing nothing, but it’s actually pretty cool once you get into it. anyway, keep us updated on your yoga journey! maybe you'll become a yogi master or something haha! 🧘‍♂️🌟
