tbh i'm not clear what the plan is for onboarding the next 200k users and I pay attention more than most it would be good to write some explainers & record some short videos for non-technical audience on what, when, how wrt users signing up, how apps use signers, who pays & how, spam controls

Oh goodness yes, but I was referring to the para where you mentioned non technical users, the second one; I don’t think those folks (me included?) care hugely about how apps use signers etc
