It means engagement from @jessepollak is 357 times more valuable than engagement from @mazmhussain

Moxie doesn't reward content based on quality

Sometimes that power happens to reward (objectively) quality content (e.g. @mazmhussain)

But to say Moxie's design rewards the highest quality content simply isn't accurate
