here's whose casts have earned the most for the /founders channel since we started splitting it out a few weeks ago

the way this works:
- Casts earn based on quality of engagement; engagement by users with higher Far Scores (social capital) counts more than pure vanity engagement #'s

Rewards are designed to split with the Fan Tokens holders at all levels: to the earner, their fan token holders, channel fan token holders, farcaster network fan token holders

here's a good example

we've modeled out the pure "free" rewards to last several years as a kickstart to the network growth, while drawing in 3rd parties to participate

we also have other buckets of protocol growth tokens that we can tap into if moxie DAO deems it to make sense, or could even use other tokens to fund rewards while honoring the fan token splits

So that’s Ad Campaigns and whatever else people want to run, but how does this go back into the engagement ? Rewards to me sounds like I can choose the rules so not clear it goes to the channel / engagement for all users
