so the "paid each" column represents as the clearing price in the airstack UI correct?

Oh I think I understand now. curr clearing price is sum of "total budget" in the spreadsheet divided by "total available" tokens? so anyone above clearing price will get their "total budget" at the clearing price working highest bid price to lowest. Then all bids at the clearing price are executed by number in queue based on earliest bid(if there is not enough to cover all the clearing price bids)
