2. Launch a Fan Token for the channel, you get 5% automatically as the Channel host

3. Gift Fan Tokens to your moderators -- now they've got skin in the game

4. Require every member to hold a fair amount of the channel token to participate

5. Now, every time someone casts in the channel, the cast automatically earns MOXIE, which is also automatically shared with all the channel mods and owners

Channels are basically communities, having skin in the game is a great way for a community to stick together!
