If the ad budget runs out, will it disappear from the cast action selection?

In other words, will the budget always be allocated when we quote it?

Yes. Once the budget runs out it no longer shows up in Earn feeds.

I'd like to know how much of the advertising budget is left.
I've heard a lot of people say that the budget ran out soon after casting.
I'd also like to know who the advertiser is.
The artist was listed yesterday, but when I asked, I found out that the advertiser was someone else I didn't know.
