What's the latest and greatest in managing legal contracts for a startup without hiring an in-house lawyer or using expensive outside counsel?

What sort of “managing” do u need? We use a set of standard agreements for contractors, consultants, advisors, that I’ve used for years. I edit them myself. Happy to share. SAFEs are YC standard We DocuSign them all, keep in folders. Happy to share We only use outside counsel if we need smth not covered ab

I'd love to see these, especially what you use for advisors. I'm specifically trying to understand what people tend to do about option vesting schedules and exercise windows - keep them the same as employees, or have shorter vesting for advisors? Any thoughts there?

I'll put something together, sure. On consultants / advisors I typically have options vest monthly over the service period, usually not more than a year or two in the initial contract.
