would be interesting to offer a bounty pot that pays out community members based on engagement. kind of like an incentivized blind . com e.g. ppl raise $10k to fund anon posts by coinbase employees. poster can claim $100 per 100 likes. encourages cb employees to speak out anonymously

sounds awful anonymous company boards always turn into bitch sessions. disgruntled employees should rather just leave. Unless there is serious crimes or harassment going on, but even still I doubt a crypto anon board is the right place to air those.
