yesterday we launched moxie v2 phase 1 (1st of 2 phases)

Phase 1:

- moxie.xyz website, live feed, copy trades, charting

- referral fees: 

there's now a 1% tx fee on all FT buys and sells (previously 5% on sells only). 

The subject of the fan token gets 50% of that fee on each buy/sell
