1. Do "replies" earn Moxie rewards the same as "top-level" casts?
Yes, replies and top-level casts are the same. Check your profile on the Airstack explorer -> https://www.airstack.xyz/

2. Do holders of my fan tokens get issued rewards when I earn Moxie? 

No, this is a common misunderstanding. See the infographic below 👇 Notice that the system for personal rewards and fan token rewards are different.

Will informative cast like this be eligible for grant sir @betashop.eth ?

Are there any criteria or any where to submit it to be eligible or just cast it? How will we know if what we build is eligible or not.
