hey @betashop.eth -- with self-serve fan tokens coming in a week or so, is there any risk to governance? ie, 1 or 2 vote power depending on if MOXIE token in/out of Fan Token contract. is there a world where bad actors are able to spin up fan token contracts ad hoc, doubling their governance power arbitrarily?

First Q, if ever the time to "adjust" will come. How will it be adjusted? Will it be like ie A. Big accounts like Dan are currently giving 1.5k for a reply(example), will it be lowered to 500 or 1k?. B. There will be a hard capped a user can earn in a day.
