we need a vault curator to agree on listing this market in one of their vaults. But also what LTV should be for this market? and who will be liquidating?👀

I’d love to see long-tail asset lending on Morpho. Does the curator set the LTV amount? And liquidators are incentivized (think I’m correct there) so filling that role should be straightforward
