"Sally" is not a masterpiece, it doesn't make any surprising moves, it doesn't have a complex story that you haven't heard before in more or less another form somewhere else, and it's very standard and banal. But let's be honest, being standard and banal is an art form and you can't find everyone who can make movies like that. Movies that are so focused and polished that they surprise you with their simplicity. "Sally" is one of those movies.

Because it is based on a true story, it is definitely worth watching, especially since Tom Hanks' performance in this film was unique and he was able to convey the suspense to the audience
