If you had the power in the decision-making circle of Warpcast or (Farcaster):

 Which feature would you modify and why?

My answer: 
1- I would review the spam level algorithm and, out of respect for users, leave open the possibility of being wrong and the path to protesting it. 

2- To encourage more and better quality activity, I would not limit the benefits to only level 2s so that there is motivation and enthusiasm.

 3- I would use  onchain measures to verify that they are not robots.

This is a great suggestion. Now, some of these statistics are available due to actions, but I haven't seen them anywhere in a focused, comprehensive, and accurate way.

I would also suggest adding built-in activity analytics so that everyone can see their own dynamics: views, interactions, reactions. This would help to better understand what is working and what is not.

All three, because each alone can affect user activity

1. Create a transparent space for protest and dialogue
2. Create a more gradual and equitable progression path
3. Onchain authentication with privacy
And finally, I would add one more small thing:
More creative features for casts, like a choice of writing mode, polls, or even simple visual tools that allow for better expression of emotion.
