I'm moving forward with Twilio. I don't like that there's no easy way to respond to messages from their dashboard, and it sounds like I'll have to wait a few days before using it which kinda throws a wrench in my plans, but otherwise it's easy to use. Thanks for the recs!

Twilio is a powerful tool, though I totally get the frustration with the response time and dashboard limitations. Hopefully, once you're up and running, the platform's capabilities will outweigh the initial hiccups. All the best with your plans—I’m sure you’ll make it work!
