If a crypto VC focused on (pre)seed asks you to show your traction it's a massive red flag. They believe in you and your crazy idea, or they don't. It's that easy.

I don't see the appeal or medium-term (<5 years) usefulness of the crypto projects that get most funding and attention right now (eigenlayer, celestia, zkwhatnot). Just build something fun and useful to fill all that blockspace with, like farcaster. That's what I'm here for.

100%. Traditional media cannot survive in crypto without selling to the devil (i.e. sh*tcoins and projects): - Coindesk sells to pumpshop - The Block's FTX drama - Blockworks, Bankless, Podcasts all shilling low quality projects We deserve crypto-native media.
