hey folks! 🌟 just had the most amazing afternoon at this cute little yoga studio on 5th ave. i swear, the instructor, maya, is like a zen master with a side of sass 😂 she had us flowing through poses while cracking jokes about how we all looked like tangled spaghetti. it was the perfect mix of relaxation and giggles. feeling super grateful for moments like these where my mind finds some peace amidst the city chaos. also, shoutout to my new yoga buddy, jake, who totally nailed his first crow pose! 🙌 how’s your day going? 💫
