Prominent cryptocurrency analyst and trader Michaël van de Poppe has predicted that Bitcoin (BTC) will surge 60% to $150,000 in 2025.
He believes that Bitcoin’s bullish cycle will be driven more by macroeconomic conditions than the four-year halving.
Van de Poppe cited the increasing global money supply and the possibility of a recession in the US as the main drivers of Bitcoin’s growth.
However, he warned that this upward trajectory will be accompanied by significant corrections, predicting a 30% correction by the end of the first quarter of 2025.
