I think rETH is liquid, can be used in a lot of protocols and is more decentralized. So the majority of my liquid staked ETH is indeed in rETH.

Both are different trainings, the second could be considered interval training. I have done intervals, but lower timeframes (30 secs sprint, 1 min slow running). Gut feeling is there is no significant benefit, but also not a huge negative impact vs 60 mins without breaks.
