Would the EF sale FUD fade away if the EF sold against a deterministic schedule? E.g., sell a constant amount of ETH every day, in an exit-DCA kind of way? And preferably through DEXes before off-ramping a stablecoin through a CEX? I’m sure people would find other ways to FUD, but what are arguments against this?

Systematic sell pressure from the creators of deflationary money… I guess the memes write themselves at that point. Which doesn’t mean it’s better or worse (now the meme is „EF marks/ sells top again“), just that this would 100% happen.
