Yes have been for a while now. Was annoying at first but since covid Belgium requires all stores to be able to accept digital payments (QR code, card, phone, etc)

Seems like the U.S. is a few years behind here. Surprise, surprise.

I was actually surprised. We only got Apple Pay in israel a few years ago. Way after the US. But since then I never need cash or card. Tbh didn’t need cash from way before that. Weird that the US even though it’s had the tech way longer still requires card (and maybe cash?)

Would have expected it the other way around tbh
