I guess an alternative option is that debt just doesn’t matter. Have you read The Deficit Myth? (I haven’t but have heard people talk about it)

I’ve heard that argument. It’s wishful thinking. It may matter less for a time, but eventually math wins.

Yeah. Im not sure how the book addresses this but seems to me that even if it does not matter now, that as soon as everyone believes it doesn’t matter, then it matters?
