gotta say it: just bc you’re early doesn’t mean you’ll have status you might have $, but status symbols are dynamic + scope-dependent even if we assume digital assets are the default in the future your nft pfp is irrelevant to mainstream if crypto OGs aren’t high status to them seek status at your own risk

Well said.Status is fleeting and overrated anyways. Matters more in the mind of the seeker than anyone else. Ime the fastest way to a life of misery is chasing status. Good luck to all who go down that path 🫡

every once in a great while I run into a situation where it'd be nice to have status or a status-oriented narrative (fundraising was most recent) But then there's the other 99.99...% of life
