Have you ever invested via a real-estate crowdfunding platform (I.e., Rootstock, etc.)? Why/why not? Would you recommend it?

Wouldn’t. They have crazy fees and the sponsors and can put in the craziest terms.

No, because Conor crowdfunding you don’t get the real estate benefits like tax depreciation. Maybe to diversify, but you can do better on stocks or crypto. I’ve done rootstock where I bought a home, never doing it again. They have a poor process.
