(1 - cntd) Because of how productive they are, they'll find themselves with free time at their day job. They won't quit (a paycheck is nice) and can't advance faster (someone will block them), so they'll use the additional time to explore side projects. Eventually, they'll make enough money to leave; and they will.

(2) As this occurs at scale, companies will have an even harder time attracting and retaining top talent as its now easier to spin up a business themselves - and who wants to work for someone else, when you can comfortably work for yourself.

(3) Individuals late in their careers have already gone through the upheavals brought by the personal computer, then the internet, then social media...there's a good chance they simply won't want to deal with the headaches of learning yet another new thing all over again. So they'll opt to retire. /4

(4) So large corporations will be faced with an already dwindling workforce, institutional knowledge opting to retire early, and their best performers opting out of corporate life for solopreneurship, 'freelancing' and DAO involvement. /5
