(1) Develop new skills outside my day job (2) Take consistent baby steps towards something big (it compounds) (3) Generate additional revenue to diversify W-2 risk (4) Allow me to explore interests without job hopping, making me a better employee Whatever it is, start it today and just don't stop. 🫡
