I’m curious to find reputable people within civilian science and tech communities who are not making a living off disclosures and who can speak reputably on the related topics.

Where should I start?

There are multiple disclosure factions if you will. And those inside the USG that are for it and against it. Im not sure what exact event this was because there have been many recently, but I would start with the senate hearings and then checkout the ryan graves podcast on rogan and then david grusch.
