I’d be surprised if there’s a sizable number of founders who decided against building on Farcaster primarily because of trust concerns. Some, sure. A lot, unlikely. So it wouldn’t be at the top of my priority list if I were benevolent dictator for a day.

Also agree (tho we’re still pretty early with sample sizes) but I’d point out that devs hacking and founders founding are actually very different archetypes

True. Devs hacking are more likely to help retain users via entertaining projects, not bring users. If I’m benevolent dictator, I’d be comfortable trading off 10 devs for 100 “normie” users - for example. Harsh, but it’s impossible to please everyone and it’s only going to get harder as we go deeper into the web3 <> normie culture clash we’re in the early innings of.
