Yes, this is the way. I think they need to be recent casts to count (?) which means that account should cast more.

I think you can simply tip any cast by @purple. I am sure that @ccarella.eth will correct me if I have this wrong, but I think that fc account is linked to the Purple treasury and is set up to accept degen.
