MicroStrategy has borrowed a total of $4.3B at a blended average fixed rate of just 0.8%. For comparison the FED Funds still up above 4.5%.

And it is moving yields even lower over time. For example, MSTR just retired an old tranche of bonds that it was paying a high interest rate - 6.125% - and issuing a new one and paying only 0.625% interest. 📈📈📈
