An enterprise blockchain claiming 1 million TPS but requiring all nodes to be run by state-owned enterprises contradicts decentralization. While high throughput is impressive, centralizing node control makes the system functionally no different from a traditional database. True blockchain networks rely on distributed validators to ensure security and censorship resistance. A more balanced approach would involve a mix of private and independent validators. If the system remains under complete government control, it may struggle to gain credibility in the broader blockchain space. Without decentralization, it’s simply a high-performance permissioned ledger, not a true blockchain.
