I made this (first time really using blender) with gaps between all the pixels, thinking it would be easy to close the gaps... and now I'm stuck.
Need to close the gaps and set the pixels to 10mm each for real scale somehow so I can potentially 3D print this legend.

Oh nice! Yeah they should all be equal cubes since I started with the cube in the new file and added using 3 array modifiers.
I’ll try and find my way to connecting vertexes.

If these are all cubes, you can connect the vertexes along the gap between them
