apps i have active group chats in: - warpcast - instagram - telegram - whatsapp - messenger - line - imessage Each app has few to dozens of chats and I pruned them aggressively in December. It's crazy when you consider the context switching.

damn that's a lot, I only use warpcast, whatsapp and tg & it's too much imo
