What would be the best set of tools for this?

1. Go for a walk and narrate stream of consciousness

2. Feed audio into transcription software

3. Have an LLM attempt to rewrite in a succinct 500 word essay

Ideally it could be 100% mobile (or automated in the cloud from mobile)

2. press one button
3. get a transcript + summary saved anywhere on your phone 

IMO would be nice that the if it would upload and transcribe automatically
