if you want to make great filter coffee, the investment you need to make isn’t a new brewer.

- Spend as much as you’re comfortable on a good grinder ($150-300)
- get beans from a local roaster, ask for recs 
- use good water (good rule of thumb is it should have a ph between 6-7)
