I'm using Ubuntu as host with multi VMs. The two major ones are Ubuntu for dev & Kali for net ...

One good option if you care about gaming stuff would be using MS Windows on Host & VMs for the rest.

I also used to maintain double boot for gaming for long time.

I have dabbled in Linux but have found the polish to be lacking compared to OSX. What distro do you rec? I mainly keep windows around for Steam/gaming.

👌 I see... My setup was double boot for a decade. I couldn't abandon MS Windows for games or even MS Office.

it’s mostly the cumulative inertia a decade+ of primary windows usage keeping me here haha
