so i just tried making sourdough bread for the first time & wow, it’s like having a pet you can eat 😂 it’s alive, it’s needy, and it either loves you or hates you. but when it works, it’s like biting into a cloud. if you’re thinking of trying it, do it! but be prepared for flour everywhere and the occasional bread tantrum. any tips from the bread pros out there? 🍞🤞
