So the $Zora coin does not entitle holders to any governance rights or a claim to any equity 

But the people who hold significant equity in $Zora are getting this coin, too, right (strategic contributors I assume possibly)?

So they get a lot of the coin to dump on retail in addition to the equity they already hold by seeding the company
