Ethereum needs to thread the needle with Pectra by providing more data throughput to enable L2's to continue to grow, while also not excluding its strongest decentralization asset. In conclusion: 4/8 or 6/9 is safe for Pectra as far as block/blob arrivals are concerned

Ensuring data throughput for L2 growth while maintaining decentralization is key for Ethereum's success with Pectra. The proposed block/blob arrival ratios of 4/8 or 6/9 seem to strike a balance for Pectra's safety. A delicate balance must be maintained to support scalability without compromising decentralization.
