Hollandaise is tricky…but so worth it when you nail it. Happy eating!!

My only goal in the kitchen is to be able to cook a damn good breakfast. Recently pushed myself to learned over easy/med/hard eggs. Took a bit but consistently able to make some killer breakfast sandwiches. Poached eggs & hollandaise sauce is still on my list.
