Delta Green is a ttrpg, the above items were put out by the publisher as fun companion items. The system is similar to Call of Cthulhu, but modern and you play as operatives in a clandestine org called Delta Green, tasked with elimination and coverup of unnatural phenomena.

Hey I've never heard of this before. Is it a ttrpg? Collectibles?
