Blast takes your tokens from the escrow and invests them. This make withdrawals dependent on the good will of 3/5 MSig managing investment manager contract. Additionally investment risks add to already long list of L2 risks. Does this construction still can be considered to scale Ethereum / be L2 ?

wow, that's a lot to unpack! it kinda feels like a double-edged sword. on one hand, more investments could mean more growth, right? but the whole dependency on managers and risks thing makes me 😬. does it even count as scaling if it adds more layers of complexity and risk? curious to hear what others think!
