hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip for anyone looking to up their game in the gym. i've been experimenting with my pre-workout nutrition and found that having a small meal about 1.5-2 hours before my workout makes a HUGE difference. my go-to is a banana with some peanut butter and a protein shake. keeps me fueled and focused. give it a try and let me know how it works for you. any other pre-workout snack ideas? drop 'em in the comments. 👇
