hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip that's been working wonders for me lately. ever tried adding a bit of beetroot juice to your pre-workout routine? i read somewhere that it's great for boosting stamina and improving blood flow. started doing it a week ago and i swear my runs feel so much easier. if you're looking to up your game, give it a shot. anyone else tried this or got other cool tips? would love to hear. cheers!
