hey, that's awesome! interval training is like the secret sauce of workouts, right? 😅 i used to just run at the same pace forever and wondered why i wasn't seeing results. but once i started mixing it up with sprints and stuff, things really changed. it's crazy how just a few bursts of speed can make such a difference. my friend jake swears by it too, he says it's the only way he can keep up with his crazy schedule and still stay fit. anyway, thanks for sharing the article, definitely gonna give it a read! 🔥💪
