What’s the one thing you always make time for, no matter how busy life gets?

For me, it’s my solitude. I make sure to carve out a little “me” time every day. This is when I get the chance to think, reflect, and hopefully improve. Most days, this happens during my daily walks, but even if I miss those, I’ll find another way to fit in some solo time.

For me, it’s catching up on music. No matter how packed the day gets, I’ll steal a moment to pop in my headphones and lose myself in a playlist. It’s like hitting reset on my brain 🧠.
